Why an escorted tour?

Here are a couple of common questions many of our customers have about the “escorted tour”:

Q: Why an escorted trip?

A: Many experienced travelers agree that an escorted trip provides more bang for your buck. It also offers more included features, and will leave you plenty of free time to do what you would like.

Q: Will I have to know all the local languages?

A: A Tour Manager will be guiding you every step of the tour. He will have knowledge of Europe, thus the experience needed to guide someone like yourself around the area.  He will be mindful of local customs and news keeping you exposed to the character of the area while keeping you safe.

Q: What should I look for in a escorted tour operator?

A: Besides the aforementioned Tour Manager attached to every trip, it is good to look for the following:     

• A good rating on Better Business Bureau
• The operator’s attention to detail
• How many included meals the tour operator offers (Hint: Look for the most!)
• Do they have certification affiliations with national associations such as ABA, NTA & IATAN.

Q: Will I have to do any driving in Europe at all?

A: Absolutely not! With an escorted tour, you will have a bus driver drive you from country to country. No need to worry about how the rules of the road differ from our rules back home.

Q: How is baggage handled on an escorted tour?

A: Tour managers will generally take care of it for you. But be sure to pack sensibly!
